To keep glucose levels stable, digestion running, and weight reduction on point, a snack can be probably the worst tool in your arms stockpile.  if you are having unhealthy snacks and they come in packages that are going to work opposite for your health.  When analyzing your diet, it's not that difficult to discover what foods are healthy or unhealthy. Few snacks have dishonest calories, salt, or the toxins in the packaging, plus there are many snacks that are destroying your health.

It has 10g Fat, 170mg Sodium, 160 calories, 1g sugar, and 2g protein.
It has salt and oil, enough to increase your weight. Eating daily can cause digestive issues, high blood pressure, which may cause depression, kidney disease, kidney disease, and cancer.

3. Pringles Sour Cream & Onion
Have 9g Fat, 160mg sodium, 150 calories, 1g protein, 1g sugar, and 16g carb. they use soybean oil and few drops of MSG which cause the fat in the body. It contains 2 g of saturated fat per serving which is not healthy.

4. Pringles Cheddar Cheese
Has around 150 calories, 180 mg sodium, 16g carbs, and 9g fat.
This flavor has sodium and saturated fat not good for maintaining your body. and it has unhealthy saturated fat.

5. Ruffles Original
It contains 10g Fat, 150mg sodium, 1g sugar, 160 calories, 15g carbs, and 2g protein. we need to avoid the bag of ruffles because it is designed to avoid any kind of breakage it harms our health and the worst snack to buy.

6 Ruffles Baked Cheddar & Sour Cream
contains 2g protein, 22g carbs, 120 calories, 3.5g Fat, 250mg sodium,
2g sugar. it has salt and sodium.

7. Fritos Corn Chips, Chili Cheese
has 310 mg sodium, 2g protein, 180 calories, 18g carbs, 11g fat.
consuming these chips you are going to have around 10g fat in your body a large amount of sodium.  more fat more risk of cancer.

8. Cheetos, Flamin Hot
15g carbs, 170 calories, 250mg sodium, 1g protein, 11g Fat. Cheetos contains MSG and dyes and some flavor enhancer not at all looks healthy. including this in your diet will increase your risk for heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and cancer. Cheetos may have the fake cheese taste which we crave, but they are an unhealthy snack.

9. Act II Xtreme Butter
9g Fat, 290 mg sodium, 3g protein, 3g fiber, 160 calories, 20g carbs.
I think you should look for healthy snacks rather than having all these harmful snacks.

10. Pop-Secret
130 calories, 290mg sodium, 2g protein, 8g Fat. high in sodium and fat.

11. Pop-Secret Double Butter Flavor
higher in salt but less in fat. 8g fat, 130 calories, 2g protein, 270mg sodium, 2g fiber, 12g carbs.

12. Oreos
just 3 cookies contain 7g fat, 1g protein, 25g carbs, 135mg sodium, 160 calories, 14g sugar. It has too much sugar and also has HFCS, not even good for children,  it doesn't have any fiber even after eating this you will still feel Hungary and not right for weight loss.

13. Mega Stuf Golden Oreo
2 cookies have 80mg sodium, 150 calories, 12g sugar, no fiber, 21g carbs, 1g protein. I don't think at all to add this to my snacks. it does not even taste that good. it's high in fat, calories, and sugar. even I am not trying to maintain my body I don't want to touch oreo.

14. Milano Dark Chocolate
3 cookies mean 9g fat, 180 calories, 60mg sodium, 2g protein, 1g fiber, 22g carbs, 11g sugar. 11g sugar its too much for a day.
